As a third-generation family business, we currently employ around 400 people in Arnsberg and Gotha, many of whom have been with us for years. They are our most important resource, and we take great care to create a respectful and social working environment in which everyone feels comfortable.
From fair working time models and performance-related payment to various benefits, we have many pillars that ensure social justice in our company.
Fair working time models
At Sauerland Spanplatte, working hours are determined by our tariff commitment. In administration, we work flexitime. In production, there are different working time models with a maximum of five working days per week.
Fair wages and salaries
Our wages and salaries are fair and performance-based thanks to tariff commitments and bonuses above the collective agreement. We also pay our employees Christmas and vacation bonuses as well as various allowances. Pension allowances and health-related benefits in kind round off our responsible remuneration package.
Active participation
We promote and encourage our employees to play an active role in shaping their working lives – e.g. through our idea management or the 5S project to optimize workplaces.
Demography-oriented personnel policy
We offer various benefits for our employees, such as gym subsidies, bicycle leasing, partial retirement and company health insurance.
Code of Conduct
All members of the management and all employees of Sauerland Spanplatte are committed to ensuring that our company remains fair, socially and ethically correct at all times. We have defined exactly what this means in a code of conduct.
